• Order data: name, phone number, city, address and details of the products ordered.
• Contact data: the content of the messages you send through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and cookies.

4. Why we use your data

• To record your order, confirm it by phone, prepare it and deliver it.
• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To improve the website and keep it secure.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• To send offers or advertisements: only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with what is needed to carry out your order:

• Our logistics partner who confirms and prepares orders, and the delivery company that hands you the parcel.
• The website hosting and technical services provider.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel measurement tool, to measure the effectiveness of our ads (see section 6).
• Official authorities when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work (such as the order basket).

We also use the measurement tool Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This tool sets cookies and sends Meta information about your browsing on this site: the pages and products you view, the start of an order and its completion with its value. We do not send this tool your name, your phone number or your address. We use this information to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to show more relevant ads to interested people.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as needed to carry out the order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), we limit access to data to those who really need it, and we choose trusted providers. However, no system is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Under Law 09-08 you have the right to access your data, correct it, object to its processing and ask for its deletion where possible. To exercise your rights, contact us via the Contact us page or on WhatsApp, and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).

10. Minors

The site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when needed, and we will show the date of the latest update at the top of the page.
